Michael J. Sundstedt, Esq.
earned his B.A. Degree in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach, in 1976 and obtained his law degree from Western State University in 1980.
Mr. Sundstedt has acquired an impressive track record and wealth of experience in his 28 years as a civil lawyer in Orange County and Southern California in general. He has tried numerous civil and criminal jury and bench trials in Orange County, San Diego County, Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and as far north as Alameda county. He has arbitrated and/or mediated hundreds of cases on behalf of his clients to a successful resolution. He has represented hundreds of corporate clients, small business owners, real property developers, commercial lessors, homeowners, and accident victims in a wide range of legal matters, all of which give him the ability to not only provide effective seasoned legal representation in court, but also render the type of pro-active legal advice which keeps his clients out of the courtroom.
Presently, Mr. Sundstedt is admitted to practice before all the California courts and The United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Sundstedt maintains a California State Real Estate Brokers license, and has received the coveted AV rating in legal ability and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell publication. Mr. Sundstedt is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Thomas More Society.
Mr. Sundstedt is married, with five children and one grandson.

Frank E. Sundstedt, Esq.
received his B.A. Degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach, and graduated from Southwestern University School of Law, in 1972.
Mr. Sundstedt's successful 29 year criminal law career in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office culminated with his four year appointment as Assistant District Attorney under Gil Garcetti (second in command to Garcetti), where he served as the Supervisor of Central Operations and Branch and Area Operations, and where he also served as the Chairman and final decision maker of the Special Circumstances Committee, the elite group within the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office that decides those criminal law cases in all of Los Angeles County which would be prosecuted as capital offense (death penalty) cases. Since March, 2001, Mr. Sundstedt has been in private criminal law practice.
In addition to his 175 plus criminal law jury trials, Mr. Sundstedt has tried several jury trials which have been argued and affirmed at the California Supreme Court level, and numerous criminal cases which were affirmed and/or published in the California District Court of Appeals. Mr. Sundstedt’s criminal law trial experience ranges from capital cases to misdemeanor offenses.
Presently, Mr. Sundstedt is admitted to practice law before all California courts. Mr. Sundstedt has been a fellow in the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers since 1996.

Lani M. Goodman, Esq.
received her B.A. Degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, in 2002, and graduated from Chapman University School of Law with her law degree in 2005, where she was actively involved in the Student Bar Association, and was a competitor on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. While in law school, she completed an internship with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, in the Justice System Integrity Division. She also completed a legal externship for the Attorney General, Department of Justice, in the Licensing Section where she actively participated in administrative hearings.
Since law school, Ms. Goodman has practiced civil law, focusing primarily on business litigation, including, but not limited to real property disputes, partnership dissolution, breach of contract claims, fraud claims and personal injury matters. She has assisted in several jury and bench trials and has argued before the California Court of Appeal.
Presently, Ms. Goodman is admitted to practice before all California courts and The United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Goodman is also a real estate broker licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.
Ms. Goodman is currently a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce and Le Tip of Huntington Beach.
